Quality Payment Program (QPP) information:

MIPS Categories:

Quality: 30% of final score
Most clinicians must select 6 measures, collecting data for each measure for the 12-month performance period (January 1- December 31, 2022).
MDPCP practices must report 4 quality measures:

  1. Controlling High Blood Pressure (CMS165)
  2. Diabetes: Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) Poor Control (>9%) (CMS122)
  3. Preventive Care and Screening: Body Mass Index (BMI) Screening and Follow-Up Plan (CMS69)
  4. Preventive Care and Screening: Screening for Depression and Follow-Up Plan (CMS2)

Improvement Activities (IA): 15% of final score
Most clinicians must select between 2 and 4 activities, performing each activity for a continuous 90-day period in Calendar Year (CY) 2022 (or as indicated in the activity’s description.

Promoting Interoperability: 25% of final score
Most clinicians must collect data using CEHRT on the required measures for the same continuous 90 (+)-day performance period in CY2022. 

Cost: 30% of final score
Clinicians don’t need to collect or submit any data for cost measures. We collect and evaluate this data for you.
