There are several documents that contribute to the operation of MedChi. These include the Bylaws and Rules of MedChi. They have been put into place by the Board of Trustees in order to create a uniform and enjoyable organization. These documents go into detail about the operations and procedures that arise within the organization on a regular basis.
Bylaws
The Bylaws were put into to place by the Board of Trustees, in order to regulate the MedChi organization and its day to day operations. They discuss the Component Medical Societies and Sections, Membership, Finances, General Meetings and how they are conducted, House of Delegates, Officers and Board of Trustees and how they are elected and their specific duties, Councils and Committees, Disciplinary and Parliamentary Procedures, as well as the Rules of MedChi.

Rules
