Ethics and Judicial Affairs Committee

The Committee on Ethics and Judicial Affairs (CEJA), serves as a resource for MedChi, physicians, other health care professionals, and the public for health ethics issues, including bioethics and professional ethics and confidentiality issues, including education and interpretation of the MedChi Ethics Opinions and the Opinions of the Council on Ethical and Judicial Affairs of the American Medical Association, and the proposal of amendments and additions to the MedChi Ethics Opinions where necessary.
