Section 100 - Physician/Patient Relationship, was adopted by the House of Delegates on October 17, 2004.
Section 200 - Physician's Relationship with Health Care Professionals and Medical Office Staff; was adopted by the House of Delegates on June 11, 2005.
Section 300 - Physicians and Research was adopted by the House of Delegates on October 16, 2005.
Section 400 - Corporate Medicine/Business Ventures and Section 500 - Professional Income and Fees was adopted by the House of Delegates on June 11, 2005.
