MedChi is a non-profit organization that is goverened by the Board of Trustees. There are also a variety of other contributing groups/people that make up the MedChi organization. These include: the MedChi Staff, the House of Delegates, several Councils and Committees, Component Medical Societies and Affiliates (The Center for a Healthy Maryland, MCA, The Alliance to MedChi and MMPAC).
